Our basic stringing class will cover all you need to know to design and create your own necklaces and bracelets. Skills covered include proper bead and material selection, design basics, stringing, and finishing of the jewelry using crimp beads. In this class you can expect to complete one necklace or bracelet. This class is open to the complete beginner as well as anyone who wants to refine their techniques or brush up on the basics. This class is free with any $25 purchase (you provide your own materials for the class, but you may use our tools during the class).
In this beginning class in wire wrapping techniques you can expect to complete two pairs of earrings or a bracelet of wire wrapped, linked beads. Skills covered include proper wire gauge selection for a project, selection of required tools, and the basics of wire wrapping. The techniques you learn are the same skills you will use to create wire wrapped necklaces, pendants, and other jewelry. This class is open to the complete beginner (a basic knowledge of basic jewelry making is helpful but not required). You may use our tools during class. All materials are included with the class fee of $25.
Intermediate Wire Wrapping
Pre-requisite: Basic Wire Wrapping Skills
Our second level class in wire wrapping techniques. This class will build upon the skills learned in Basic Wire Wrapping. You will learn techniques for wrapping top-drilled beads, decorative wire wrapping, and wire wrapping to create pendants and charms. In this class you can expect to complete a wire wrapped necklace with chain and a pendant, as well as a pair of earrings. Additional skills may be covered as interest of the group and time permits. This class is open to anyone with a basic understanding of wire wrapping that is looking to improve their skills and learn new ways of incorporating them into their designs. The chain, wire, and findings are included in the class fee of $30. You supply your own beads and/or pendants.

In this class we will explore some of the many uses for a hammer and bench block set. The simple act of flattening and hardening wire, jump rings, and other findings gives your designs a special look that will set them apart from other jewelry and give them that hand-crafted flair. We will cover several techniques and then you will create a bracelet and pair of earrings using several of your new skills. Wire and findings are included in the class fee of $30. You supply your own beads. (If you have your own hammer and/or bench block, please bring it with you to class)
Introduction to Wig-Jig
Pre-requisite: Basic Wire Wrapping Skills
In this class you will learn the basics of utilizing the Wig-Jig. This device enables you to create an endless variety of jewelry components and findings including chandeliers, clasps, links, and pendants. It is a great tool for making sets, such as a pair of earrings, or to make a series of matching pieces, as it enables you to produce nearly identical results. This class is a great follow up to our Introduction to Hammering class. We will provide you with the wire and findings to complete a pair of earrings and a pendant or centerpiece; you will supply your own beads. If you already own a Wig-Jig please bring it with you to class, all other tools will be provided for your use.
In this class we will complete a hand-knotted bracelet of Freshwater Pearls, using your choice of silk cord colors. You will learn this traditional technique, which can be used for any type of bead to create one of kind designs with a definite hand-made look. Included with the $40 class fee are all materials as well as a pair of knotting tweezers to take home with you!
Kumihimo Beaded Bracelet

This is a beginning level bead weaving class incorporating Bicone Swarovski Crystals and seed beads in a woven “cocktail style” ring. You will learn the basics of material selection, color matching , and the right angle weaving techniques to create a unique sparkling woven ring. Included in your class fee is your stringing material, two beading needles and a package of Swarovski Crystal 6mm Bicones (selection of assorted colors provided to choose from). We will also supply you with Thread Heaven thread conditioner to use during class. You will supply your own size 8 seed beads.
Woven Crystal Bracelet
This a beginning level bead weaving class incorporating Czech Fire-Polished or Round Swarovski Crystals and seed beads in a woven style bracelet. You will learn the basics of material selection, color matching, and the right angle weaving techniques to create a stunning criss-cross pattern bracelet. Included in your class fee is your stringing material, two beading needles, and a sterling silver toggle clasp. We will also supply you with Thread Heaven thread conditioner to use during class. You will supply your own tube of size 11 seed beads and crystals (approximately 24 - 6mm crystals and 46 - 4mm crystals, depending on desired length).
Basic Peyote Stitch Bracelet
In this class you will learn beginning level peyote stitch class using size 8 round seed beads. You will learn the technique for flat peyote stitch that you will use to complete a bracelet using 2 colors of seed beads. We will also cover how to attach a sterling clasp to complete your creation. The class fee will cover your sterling findings, NYMO thread in your choice of color, and a size #12 beading needles. We will also supply you with Thread Heaven thread conditioner to use during class. You will need to supply your seed beads
Beaded Cuff Bracelet
Pre-Requisite: Seed Bead Weaving Skills This project will teach the spiral tubular version of the N’Debele (herringbone) stitch. A great piece for the seed bead weaver looking to expand their stitch repertoire. This bracelet is created without elastic or a clasp, take our class to find out the secret! Your class fee includes the bracelet form, your fireline thread, a beading needle, and use of our tools to complete your bracelet. You will supply your size 8 seed beads in two colors.
Domed Peyote Stitch CUff Bracelet
Pre-Requisite: Even Count Seed Bead Weaving Skills Use your even count peyote stitch skills to make this textured, dimensional bracelet. You will use round seed beads in sizes 11, 8 and 6 in the same color, as well as size 15 in another color. Your class fee includes thread, a beading needle, and use of our tools to complete your bracelet. You will supply your seed beads.
Caterpillar Bracelet
Pre-requisite: Basic Stringing Skills Great project for the intermediate beader familiar with basic stringing techniques. Try your hand at using a needle, thread, and seed beads along with an assortment of small decorative accents. This is a great project to get creative using multiple colors, shapes, and styles of beads…wonderful for using up your leftover odds and ends! No weaving skills required. Your class fee includes a bobbin of Nymo D thread, a beading needle, your stringing material, sterling silver toggle & crimps; and use of our Thread Heaven thread conditioner and beading glue during class. You will supply your seed beads in sizes 8 and 11 and a large mix of 4-5mm beads for the embellishments.
